My name is Rose, I recently graduated from the five year Dual Diplomas of Holistic Nutrition and Phytotherapy (Herbal Medicine)  program at Pacific Rim College. PRC is the most comprehensive Holistic Nutrition and Herbal Medicine school in North America. As a Medical Herbalist and Holistic Nutritionist, my aim is to tailor a treatment plan that is custom to your body, needs and goals. I draw from a range of different traditional modalities and take a whole-body approach. I am passionate about making health and wellness accessible to everyone- because of this, I meet you where you are in your journey- I keep my plans attainable and realistic.
