šŸ“šŸ« HIGH PROTEIN BREAKFAST šŸ³šŸ„—

I was shocked to calculate that this breakfast contains 58g of protein. Let me show you how to do it!


Brioche bagel 7g

2 slices of cheddar 6g

2 eggs 12g

Feta in my salad 5g

Tomatoes, cucumber, spring mix, red onion, olive oil


Smoothie:

ā…“ cup raw egg white 10g

¾ plain green yogurt 17g

1 cup mixed frozen berries 1g


Protein is an incredibly important macronutrient for muscle growth and satiety! Personally, I am trying to maximize my protein intake for muscle growth and was so surprised at the protein content of this meatless meal. I’m not vegetarian by any means however the soaring prices of meat lately due to inflation, I am always trying to find cost effective ways to still reach my goals.


…and yes, those are raw egg whites in my smoothie. You can’t taste them, they are pasteurized and you have probably also had them if you’ve ordered a Whiskey Sour at the bar 🄃
