I came home from the gym the other day SO HUNGRY so I created this spread to help with hydration replenishment, protein for my muscles 💪🏼 and lots of flavourrrr!


🥒🍚 CUCUMBER X COTTAGE CHEESE BOWL

My partner introduced me to this savoury high-protein recipe and I’ve been obsessed ever since.

✨¾ cup cottage cheese

✨1-2 Persian cucumbers- finely chopped

✨1-2 tbs nutritional yeast

✨ salt + pepper


👉🏼 mix all together


💃🏽 TORTILLA CHIPS + SALSA DIP 💃🏽

✨tortilla chips (however many your heart desires)

✨fresh salsa

✨ plain Greek yogurt (instead of sour cream)

✨cilantro 😍


….and then half a mini watermelon. These guys are 92% water! A great option for a fun way to hydrate. They are amazing for post-workout recovery as they are rich in an amino acid called citrulline. This gets converted into arginine which our body uses to create nitric oxide which is a muscle relaxant!
