✨strawberries are an excellent source of vitamin c ✨studies show that 2-3 servings of strawberries per week is associated with a decreased risk of type 2 diabetes- blood sugar balance!! ✨anti-inflammatory properties I created this delectable bowl by cutting about two cups of strawberries, adding sweetened condensed coconut milk and about half a cup of cashew & almond milk~ topped with hemp hearts! PS- The sweetened condensed coconut milk is optional as these berries are already so sweet, some added sweetness was calling me this morning 🄰
