🦃🫑 GROUND TURKEY + QUINOA STUFFED PEPPERS🫑🦃

🍴1 pack of ground Turkey

🍴 3 bell peppers

🍴 1 cup of cooked quinoa

🍴handful of spinach

🍴5 button mushrooms

🍴5 cloves of garlic lol

🍴spices, I used: garlic powder, paprika, etc

🍴cheese


🫑 cut off the tops of the bell peppers and take the seeds out!

🫑chop veggies

🫑sauté ground Turkey, cooked quinoa, spinach, mushrooms and tops of the peppers + add spices

🫑drizzle avocado oil in each pepper

🫑 stuff the peppers - I added a cheese layer at the bottom and on top!

🫑 bake at 400 for 35 minutes


This is a wonderful recipe for meal prepping 😩… and the perfect way to use that wilted spinach in your fridge (you know who you are 🤪)
