This might have been the easiest recipe yet…

📍1 beef roast

📍avocado oil

📍bag of fingerling potatoes

📍 pound of carrots

📍one white onion

📍 10+ cloves of garlic (this is not a drill)

📍spices: paprika, rosemary, garlic powder, bouillon

📍 1 cup of merlot

📍 1 cup of beef broth (I used a liquid concentrate)

📌 season + brown the roast

📌drizzle crock pot with avocado oil

📌 add all ingredients above into crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours!
